Conference on “Digitalizing Agricultural Finance” in Lusaka, Zambia

Our expert in digitalization processes for financial institutions, Christophe Bretagnolle was part of the conference on “Digitalizing Agricultural Finance” in Lusaka, Zambia.

He presented our digital solutions for financial institutions with an emphasis on PCES Chatbot and Loan Origination.

The main focus of the conference was the following question: “How can digital strategies be refined, new technologies integrated, and institutional change initiated to fully exploit the potential of digitalizing agricultural finance?”

Christophe Bretagnolle organized two breakout sessions, one about digital strategy, where the participants were divided in three groups and had to define the main element of digital strategy for three fictive institutions inspired by real one.

The second session was about data security where a panel of four experts were answering the questions of the participants. The topics where lead through the presentation of three real cases of data security breach, from previously acquired experience.
